- ½ teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon coarse brown mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce salt Crumb Coating
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup stone-ground cornmeal
- ¼ teaspoon salt oil for misting or cooking spray
- Cut fish fillets crosswise into slices 1-inch wide.
- Mix the hot sauce, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce together to make a paste and rub on all sides of the fish.Season to taste with salt.
- Mix crumb coating ingredients together and spread on a sheet of wax paper.
- Roll the fish fillets in the crumb mixture.
- Spray all sides with olive oil or cooking spray and place in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook at 390°F for 6 to 9 minutes,until fish flakes easily.
