Of course, it isn’t really about age.Anyone who think plain fish sticks are boring will prefer this more flavorful version.

  • 1 pound fish fillets
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon coarse brown mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce salt Crumb Coating
  • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup stone-ground cornmeal
  • ¼ teaspoon salt oil for misting or cooking spray
  1. Cut fish fillets crosswise into slices 1-inch wide.
  2. Mix the hot sauce, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce together to make a paste and rub on all sides of the fish.Season to taste with salt.
  3. Mix crumb coating ingredients together and spread on a sheet of wax paper.
  4. Roll the fish fillets in the crumb mixture.
  5. Spray all sides with olive oil or cooking spray and place in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook at 390°F for 6 to 9 minutes,until fish flakes easily.
